Ranks & Scales

Here are the ranks by which each activity is judged:

Work Scale
Consumption of mental energy from other activities. In other words, how much focus and attention this TWWD will take from work (which can be any type - professional, housework, childcare, etc.)
  1. Least amount possible, this activity could probably be done safely while driving.
  2. Middle ground, this activity will require some focus, but could be done while engaging in mindless work like data entry or dishes.
  3. Quite high, this activity would work best on a lunch break or while the kids are watching TV.
  4. Highest possible, this activity will require getting a sitter or waiting until after work.
Time Scale
I chose not to list a time scale because I wanted to find a way to linger on each activity in a way that soothed me and helped me find mental order. Oh sure, all the TWWD's could probably be done in 15 minutes, but are you really looking for a chance to finish something?
